Growing up I always wanted an RWS Diana air rifle. I still remember signing up for a drawing held by one of the powder burner magazines when I was about 12. I am 42 now and decided to get back into airguns again. I did my research and narrowed it down to either an Air Arms TX200 or an RWS 54. I intend to use the gun for hunting, so I wanted the extra power of the 54 and also liked the idea of the anti-recoil rails. Umarex had a deal on a 54 that I couldn't pass up on. Although I only have about 100 rounds through the gun, I love it so far. Recoil is almost imperceptible. I had recently shot a Benjamin Nitro Piston, and the difference is amazing. I have not scoped it yet, but my experience with Umarex and the 54 have been great so far. It was worth the wait.
