Are you ready to bring the power of air to your bowfishing waters? Umarex's AirJavelin FishR takes bowstring out of bowfishing with the power of precisely regulated air pressure. The AirJavelin FishR is technically a PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) airgun powered by high-pressure air stored in a 9.5 cu. in. (155 cc) on-board tank at 4,500 psi. The pressure is regulated to 800 psi, which in turn launches a 1,248 grain solid fiberglass arrow at 100 fps generating 28 ft. lbs. at the muzzle. At the tip of arrow is a Innerloc Pro Point that sticks through and hangs on to the fish like a talon. Shoot the FishR intuitively or attach an optic that you can tune for your preferred shooting depth or technique. The AirJavelin FishR features a universal reel mount, full-length top Picatinny Rail, and stainless and corrosion resistant parts for long life in harsh/salt environments. The slots on the side are M-LOK compatible so you can add more Picatinny rail or aftermarket arrow holders. Expect to get over 65 shots per fill of the 155 cc tank. The FishR's light weight makes it ideal for a day or night full of sticking fish for the frying pan plus it's easy to operate. Attach your favorite bowfishing reel to the universal mount on either side of the rig. You can use a wide mouth reel or a bottle reel. Tie the line to the arrow's slider as you would a bowfishing arrow. You can fill the FishR with air using a 3-stage airgun hand pump, an electric airgun air compressor like the Umarex ReadyAir, or from an external tank. It uses normal atmospheric air or it can run on nitrogen. To load the FishR arrow just slide it inside the stainless arrow tube and reel up any slack in the line. If using a button reel be sure to push button. Pull back on the bolt handle all the way then let it go foward. Acquire your fish and send it! Reel it in and repeat!
